MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Well it’s that time of year again and we would like to wish all of you a wonderful Holiday Season and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2012!
As we start the year we will begin our hiring staff for the new season. We are hiring dock hands, wait staff, a second cook, additional marine mechanics and housekeepers.
As the year marches on we will be getting ready for another great season in Tahsis. We will be opening on March 15 just in time for Prawn and Halibut Season. Over the holidays we are sure that many of you will be finishing off last years bounty and enjoying every bite! Plan on an early trip up to replenish the freezer and enjoy them fresh, fresh, fresh!
We are busy planning another great season with lots of activity. We will definitely continue our Friday Night Rock the Dock with live entertainment and Steak Night….no better combination! By request we will also be doing an open Mic every Wednesday night. We purchased a great Yamaha sound system so please come on out, have some fun and enjoy discovering the amazing amount of hidden talent among us!
July will also bring the annual BBQ contest on July 7, 2012. Fire up those grills and get trying out those recipes! All proceeds go to the local Salmon Enhancement Society but we all win with the awesome tasting of the sumptuous dishes….everyone welcome to cook and or taste.
The Tahsis Salmon Enhancement Fishing Derby will be held on Aug 24 & 25 this coming season. We look forward to another great turn out with lots of fun and fish. Kenny Shaw and Brian Templeton will be on hand to entertain again and remember it is all about the fish! FUN! FUN! FUN!
